I am in love with this opal I made. If you look at it under a magnifying glass in the sunlight it looks like its own little universe. It is of course the only one of its kind and I formed it by hand on my lapidary wheels from a chunk of rough rock. Still can’t believe I’ve learned to do this and that I’m obsessed with it!!
Opal is said to be very good at providing protection from the unseen and protects against malignant spiritual forces. Why not I say? This is a great piece in, very sexy and I LOVE IT!!
It is awesome if I do say so myself. It works as an every day wear piece and also looks great with more formal attire.
It has a French hook clasp and handmade everything. I made it because I wanted it ! I have been wearing it and I adore this piece which is why I know it’s good enough to share with the right person !
It is 14 .5 inches long end to end.
The pendant part of it is 3/4 inch wide and just over an inch and a half long
